We work with customers to supply and fit new tyres,as well as off ering additional services like puncture repairs, wheel balancing and general servicing and maintenance. We’re passionate about providing a convenient, stress-free and high-quality service for our customers, using the premium tyre brands that customers know and love.

No. The team at Wheel Change U will provide you with all the training you need. Having an interest in the automotive industry is an advantage as you’ll approach the business with a more holistic view. One of the most important characteristics of Wheel Change U is a commitment to customer service.
We would recommend that the Franchise Partner works in the business initially to better understand the industry, the customers and how the franchise operates. It is then up to you if you wish to hire someone else to work day to day.
No. If you have access to a suitable van already, you can use this, as long as it is approved and meets the requirements for fit out. You can also negotiate the purchase of a suitable van yourself, although we can assist with this process. The van fit out is always arranged by head office.
There is a level of risk involved in starting any new business. The risk in starting a business as a franchise partner may be significantly less than starting from scratch. You should always seek independent advice in determining the risk of a new venture and your capacity to handle that risk.
Absolutely. The franchise is your business to sell if you choose, but we hold the right to approve the sale and the purchaser will be required to attend a one off-training program at their cost.
Yes, when you’ve established your first territory successfully. This is a great model for financial freedom, building a territory and then hiring someone to run it while you expand into a second territory.
All marketing and advertising must comply with our brand guidelines and you are only able to promote your business within your specific defined franchise territory
We don’t offer finance directly but we can connect you with a broker who may be able to assist you in arranging finance for the van and/or for the franchise fee.

All used tyres removed from our Wheel Change U customer vehicles are recycled through our state recycling and collection partners who are all accredited and members of Tyre Stewardship Australia.
